Post reaches us, but slowly, and nothing shipped here can be returned or exchanged — we hold no stock. Email is the faster route for anything about the catalog.

What we can fix

• A price or rating on this site that no longer matches its official listing.
• A broken image, link or page.
• A JMS design you own and love that is missing from the shelf — send the listing and we will check it.

What we cannot fix

Anything that happens after the "View deal" click: shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, wrong sizes in the box. Those live with the retailer where you completed the purchase — we never see order data, so we genuinely cannot look yours up.

Sizing questions

We do not run a fit hotline, but every product page here notes the cut, and each official listing carries the exact size chart for that item. When in doubt between two sizes, JMS reviewers most often recommend staying true to size in knits and sizing up in woven pieces.
